Bread

A simple, no-fuss bread recipe with whole grain and white flour.
Ingredients
- 50/50 Vollkorn and white flour (400g total)
- One pack of dry yeast
- Some seeds
- Luke warm water
Directions
- Mix the flour and yeast. Add luke warm water until it makes a good dough.
- Knead until you're tired.
- Let rest for 30 min at 50°C oven.
- Bake for 35 min at 180°C.
